The findings go against previous research that had found cognitive decline starts after age 60 — and highlight the importance of a healthy lifestyle in protecting the brain from dementia, researchers say.
For the study, 5,198 men and 2,192 women aged 45 to 70 were tracked over a 10-year period beginning in 1997 for signs of cognitive decline. Cognitive memory, aural and visual skills and vocabulary were assessed — and participants experienced declines in all areas except vocabulary. Study participants, who were all civil servants, were tested three times during the 10-year period. Educational backgrounds were taken into consideration.
Men aged 45 to 49 experienced a 3.6 per cent decline in mental reasoning and women in the same age group had a decrease of 3.6 per cent.
Men aged 65 to 70 had a mental decline of 9.6 per cent, while women in the same age group had a 7.4 per cent drop.
The researchers said that good cardiovascular health achieved through sensible eating, a healthy body weight and normal blood pressure could help prevent dementia and rapid cognitive decline. They emphasize the value of a healthy lifestyle at a younger age, given the study’s findings.

Previously, it was thought that major depression was secondary to a deficiency in certain neurotransmitters in the brain, particularly the monoamines, which include serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine.
While alterations in these important mood-related neurotransmitters is found with major depression, growing evidence indicates that the primary culprit is low-grade, chronic brain inflammation. 1- Avocados are a great source of ‘healthy fats’ as well as a good blood circulation booster. This is important when it comes to brain power, as it enhances the blood flow to the brain, maintaining healthy brain function.
2- The essential omega-3 fatty acids, found in oily fish like sardines, herring, trout and mackerel, as well as walnut oil and flaxseeds (linseeds) – are high in Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), a fatty acid crucial to maintaining a healthy nervous system. Low DHA levels have been linked to a higher risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss. Fish also contains iodine, which is known to improve mental clarity.
3- Whole grains improve circulation and help regulate glucose levels in the blood as the steadier the glucose levels, the easier it is to concentrate. Mercury is a deadly toxin – in any form. Deadly to any living entity. The product Thimerosal (Merthiolate) is a mercury-containing pharmaceutical compound that is 49.55% mercury. It was developed in 1927. More, unlike other forms of mercury, Thimerosal, is both water and fat soluble – meaning that it immediately penetrates into every part of the human body, and attaches itself wherever it wants. When it is injected, as in vaccines, the human body’s natural defense mechanisms that would work to catch and expel INGESTED forms of mercury, are completely bypassed allowing Thimerasol to quickly bind itself in places in the body we definitely DO NOT want it – like the brain.

Thimerosal has been marketed as an antimicrobial agent in a range of products, including topical antiseptic solutions and antiseptic ointments for treating cuts. It was in nasal sprays, eye solutions, vaginal spermicides, and diaper rash treatments. Perhaps most importantly it is used, even now, as a preservative in vaccines and other injectable biological products, including Rho(D)-immune globulin preparations.

Despite evidence, dating to the early 1930s, indicating Thimerosal to be potentially hazardous to humans and ineffective as an antimicrobial agent it is still being used.

Crazy as it sounds, Thimerosal was not scrutinized as part of U.S. pharmaceutical products until the 1980s, when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) finally recognized its demonstrated ineffectiveness and toxicity in topical pharmaceutical products, and began to eliminate it from these. In 1998, finally, the US FDA took topically used (applied to the skin) Thimerosal products off of the market – as being too dangerous.

Insane as it sounds, the US FDA didn’t seem to have a problem with that same mercury being INJECTED directly into the human body – especially into our children. Worse, Thimerosal continues to be administered, as part of mandated immunizations and other pharmaceutical products, in the United States, and globally.

Just to bring things up to date – let’s look at the most recent Australian study on the relationship between Autism and mercury:
ATLANTA, Aug. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Researchers from Australia have identified an ancestry of Pink Disease (Infantile Acrodynia) as a risk factor for Autism Spectrum Disorders. Pink disease was common in the first half of the 20th century …

The new study, published July 28th in the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health available at http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/15287394.2011.590097?journalCode=uteh20, investigated the hypothesis that autism can result from the interaction between mercury exposure and a genetic predisposition to sensitivity to mercury. Currently, 43 peer-reviewed studies support a link between mercury and autism, and experts agree that autism is caused by the interaction of genetic susceptibility and environmental exposures.

The Australian researchers, David Austin, Ph.D. and Kerrie Shandley investigated whether individuals with a known hypersensitivity to mercury were more likely to have descendants with an autism spectrum disorder. They surveyed 522 adult survivors of Pink Disease about the health of their grandchildren. They found that 1 in 25 of these grandchildren had an autism spectrum disorder compared to 1 in 160 children of the same ages in the general population in Australia, a staggering six-fold increase in relative risk. Dr. Austin had the following comment, “The large elevation in autism prevalence in this group of children was startling especially given that rates of other childhood disorders were at expected levels. The thing that differentiates these children from the general population, to which they were compared, is a family history of mercury sensitivity. We were simply blown away by the results.”

Let’s get to the part about vaccines…
After a massive uproar, beginning in roughly the year 2000, and continuing through 2004, the US branch of the vaccine industry began to offer, in the US and Canada ONLY, childhood vaccines without Thimerosal. This affected only the four million (4,000,000) children born each year in those two countries of North America. ALL other countries’ newborn, estimated at one hundred million (100,000,000) children get Thimerosal-packed, deadly-mercurized, puss-encrusted, God-only-knows-where-they-are-made, so-called-vaccines.

In the 1990s, in the US and Canada, and the rest of the world then and now, newborns, received, during the first eighteen months of life, a total of 237.5 micrograms of deadly-mercury, in the form of Thimerosal, included as a preservative (cringe here) in the childhood vaccines injected into our children..
It is VERY important to note that Thimerosal has NEVER been removed from flu shots. You get, each time, the FULL 25 micrograms of deadly-mercury.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has set the maximum standard for exposure to mercury at .1 (point one) microgram per kilogram of body weight per day. A flu shot, for instance, has 25 micrograms of mercury in the form of Thimerosal. A person would have to weigh 250 kilograms (550 pounds) to be able to deal with the mercury in one flu shot.
Not many newborns weigh that much (not even elephants). Pediatricians now, in 2011, demand THREE flu shots for newborns up to eighteen months – and one for the mother while she was pregnant with the child. Add that up.

Vaccines are the mainstay-income-stream for Pediatricians.

So, let’s take a look at the reality of the mandatory childhood vaccine schedule from the 1990s…

Newborns get one shot: Hep B (12.5 mcg). A newborn baby, by EPA standards, would have to weigh, at the time of vaccination, two hundred and twenty-five (225) pounds to meet those EPA mercury standards.

At sixty days: Hep B (12.5 mcg), DTP (25 mcg), and HIB (25 mcg) – for a total of seven vaccines (grouped) with 62.5 mcg of deadly-mercury. A two month old baby, by EPA standards, would have to weigh, at the time of vaccination, one thousand three hundred and twenty-five (1,325) pounds to meet those EPA mercury standards.

At one hundred twenty days: DTP (25 mcg), and HIB (25 mcg) – for a total of six vaccines (grouped) with 50 mcg of deadly-mercury. A newborn baby, by EPA standards, would have to weigh, at the time of vaccination, one thousand one hundred (1,100) pounds to meet those EPA mercury standards.
At one hundred eighty days: The same series as at 60 days – Hep B (12.5 mcg), DTP (25 mcg), and HIB (25 mcg) – for a total of seven vaccines (grouped) with 62.5 mcg of deadly-mercury. A six month old baby, by EPA standards, would have to weigh, at the time of vaccination, one thousand three hundred and twenty-five (1,325) pounds to meet those EPA mercury standards.

At fifteen to eighteen months: DTP (25 mcg), and HIB (25 mcg) – for a total of six vaccines (grouped) with 50 mcg of deadly-mercury. An eighteen month old baby, by EPA standards, would have to weigh, at the time of vaccination, one thousand one hundred (1,100) pounds to meet those EPA mercury standards.

Just think – Two hundred thirty seven point five (237.5) mcg of MANDATORY deadly mercury injected into your child in the first eighteen months of life.
Is anyone surprised that the Autism rates increased radically? So did the rates for Asthma, ADD/ADHD, and many other problems.

What’s the worldwide childhood vaccine schedule now, in 2011?
It is all of the above and more. Of course, the vaccine apologists, like the CDC, the pseudo-skeptics and the “neurodiversity” nitwits, will delight in telling you “Thimerosal was removed from childhood vaccines in 2004, blah, blah, blah…” But what they will NOT mention is that that deadly mercury concoction was ONLY removed from the childhood vaccines distributed to the four million (4,000,000) newborns, each year, in the US in Canada. They, slyly, forget to mention the, to them, unnoticeable one hundred million (100,000,000) newborns in the rest of the world. Conveniently, they forget the DEMAND that the child get THREE flu shots (25 mcg each) during that same period.

It is time for a little VERY DARK humor…
I have met a lot of parents of Autistic children. I commend them for just being there for their child. With them, I see what heroes are made of. I could never make light of their life tasks – and I will not.
But, there are parts of this situation that need to be treated with ridicule. I am about to give you a sample.
For instance, it is well known that Pediatricians are the front line in the vaccine scenario foisted on the public. The vaccine industry very much kisses up to Pediatricians, with travel-paid “conferences” in Hawaii, Paris, Rio De Janeiro, where they are given their new lines for the script they memorize to use on the parents of patients.

One common story they are taught to use is the claim that “The 237.5 micrograms of mercury needs to be divided up on a daily basis over the life of the child. If the child lives to be eighty than the daily average amount is far less than the EPA mercury standard…”
Well, yeah…

So, if your doctor tells you that story then offer to do a “Heavy Metal Exchange” with him/her using the same logic. Offer to exchange lead for mercury.

Point out to your pediatrician that a .45 caliber ACP bullet contains 230 grains of lead. One grain of lead is equal to 64.8 milligrams. Offer to exchange, on a right now basis, one 230 grain lead application, delivered from four feet away, for each 25 micrograms of mercury applied to your child. If they hesitate, point out that a 230 grain bullet using the same mercury formula they explained to you, could hardly do them damage, because, dividing it up every day for eighty years would give them very little each day. Ask them if they’d prefer a .45 ACP hollow point or a full metal jacket – their choice. Explain to them that a “full metal jacket” round is kind of like a “booster shot.”

How toxic and dangerous is the Flu shot?

“Pt became confused within a minute or two after receiving Influenza Virus Vaccine. He also became disoriented & could not remember the route to his home. Symptoms slowly abated within 3 days.”

The findings go against previous research that had found cognitive decline starts after age 60 — and highlight the importance of a healthy lifestyle in protecting the brain from dementia, researchers say.
For the study, 5,198 men and 2,192 women aged 45 to 70 were tracked over a 10-year period beginning in 1997 for signs of cognitive decline. Cognitive memory, aural and visual skills and vocabulary were assessed — and participants experienced declines in all areas except vocabulary. Study participants, who were all civil servants, were tested three times during the 10-year period. Educational backgrounds were taken into consideration.
Men aged 45 to 49 experienced a 3.6 per cent decline in mental reasoning and women in the same age group had a decrease of 3.6 per cent.
Men aged 65 to 70 had a mental decline of 9.6 per cent, while women in the same age group had a 7.4 per cent drop.
The researchers said that good cardiovascular health achieved through sensible eating, a healthy body weight and normal blood pressure could help prevent dementia and rapid cognitive decline. They emphasize the value of a healthy lifestyle at a younger age, given the study’s findings.

Don’t Trade the Flu for Dementia
Vaccines, ALL vaccines, are immune suppressing, meaning they lower your immune functions. The chemicals and adjuvants in the vaccines depress your immune system; the virus present depresses immune function, and the foreign DNA/RNA from animal tissues depresses immunity -that is the trade-off you are risking.
The medical thought is that it’s okay to trade a small overall immune depression for immunity to one disease. However, this trade is not at all in your favor when you consider the fact that you’re trading a TOTAL immune system depression, which is your main defense against ALL known disease — including millions of pathogens, for a temporary immunity against just one disease. And that’s optimistic; many vaccines simply do not work and offer no immunity whatsoever.
There are alternate and vastly safer methods of protecting yourself and your children against disease, and it all begins with a truly healthy diet, as outlined in my eating plan.

Avoiding vaccinations of all kinds tends to look like the better choice the more you know about the subject, and doing your research could literally mean the difference between life and death.
Bottom-line every one that has received any shots needs to DETOX ASAP! Why you ask? Because the TOXIC load of chemicals are still in the body and cells are replicating. Every day, and months that go by immunity will decrease. 1- Avocados are a great source of ‘healthy fats’ as well as a good blood circulation booster. This is important when it comes to brain power, as it enhances the blood flow to the brain, maintaining healthy brain function.

That’s why a glass of something sweet offers a short-term boost to memory, thinking processes, and mental ability. Too much sugar on the other hand, can result in impaired memory, so go easy on the sweet stuff and consume enough to boost your brain power.
5- Organic Coffee – Caffeine perks up the brain but if you have too much, it can have negative effect on your mental state.

7- Blueberries and strawberries contain antioxidants, which are thought to protect brain neurons from damage, build communication receptors between each brain cell, and flush out waste. They also help protect against age-related diseases like Alzheimer’s.
Blackberries are also a great brain booster, as it contains Vitamin C, which has long been thought to have the power to increase mental agility.
8- An unlikely contender, the humble sage has long had a reputation for improving memory. Although it’s recommended to try sage oils, try and sprinkle some sage into your diet.
